Represented the CEO and majority owner of a third-generation pipeline construction business operating in the Marcellus shale. We structured a transaction that provided liquidity for the owner and non-management family members and introduced a strong financial partner. Five years later, revenues grew from ~$125 million to over $500 million, and the entire business was sold to a strategic acquirer at a significant premium.

Advised the sole owner of a regional manufacturer of wellheads and control devices who sought a sale for estate-planning purposes. The owner had a target valuation; we helped negotiate and close a transaction that achieved ~2× that target through a combination of cash, debt-free real estate and retained equity.

Represented ownership in the 100 % sale of a frac-tank and containment-device leasing business (Permian and Eagle Ford fields) to General Finance Corporation (NASDAQ: GFN). The enterprise value of the business was ~$100 million.

Advised the sole owner of a Permian Basin and Eastern New Mexico equipment-rental, roustabout services and construction company in a majority-recapitalization with Argonaut Private Equity LLC. The owner achieved liquidity while retaining alignment for future growth.
