Eric Kern Enters Into Strategic Partnership with Sloan Capital

DALLAS — Dec. 5, 2023 — Sloan Capital, LLC today announced that it has entered into a strategic partnership with Eric Kern, principal of Lighthouse Capital, LLC. Kern will provide strategic counsel for Sloan Capital’s M&A transactions, leveraging his 30 years of experience in investment banking, commercial banking and consulting.
