Sloan Capital Provides Advisory Services to Assist in the £100M+ Growth Investment in QX Global Group by Long Ridge Equity Partners

DALLAS, September 5, 2024 –Sloan Capital today announced that, together with fellow Globalscope Partners member firm, Corbett Keeling, it has provided corporate finance and transaction advice for QX Global Group in the growth investment of £100 million+ by Long Ridge Equity Partners.

Based in the UK, QX Global Group (QX) is a global consulting, digital transformation, and business process management (BPM) services company that partners with organizations seeking to transform and optimize their business operations. The company is comprised of four business lines: finance and accounting services for corporates; audit, tax, and consulting services for accounting firms; front / mid-office services for recruiting firms; and operations and technology consulting.

The company has built a uniquely integrated platform that leverages its BPM expertise along with consulting services and automation technologies. The transaction with New York-based Long Ridge Equity Partners marks QX’s effort to further expand its platform capabilities and global growth footprint.

In this transaction, Sloan Capital acted as a Senior Advisor to London-based corporate finance firm Corbett Keeling and QX in securing a growth investment of £100 million+ from Long Ridge. The partnership brings together one of the fastest-growing global BPM specialists with a recognized US-based growth equity firm with a stellar history of helping build some of the world's leading companies in the technology and tech-enabled services sectors.

Following the investment, Founder and Executive Chairman Chris Robinson will step down from the QX Board after leading the business for the last 20 years. Frank Robinson, QX Global Group's CEO since 2018, will step into the role of Board Executive Director and retain a significant investment in QX Global Group. Pom Chakravarti will step into the role of Group CEO from his current position as Chief Strategy Officer. Pom has been with QX for nearly 20 years, working across all of the business’s main divisions.
